
About our Chef Owner
Jon McKechnie, graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, is a native of Gloucester. Prior to opening Elliott's at the Blackburn, McKechnie interned at Number 9 Park restaurant in Boston and then spent one year helping with the opening of Beach Street Bistro in Rockport, MA. It was then that the opportunity to open Elliott's at the Blackburn was presented to him. According to McKechnie, timing is everything, and the timing was just right. more
